Everyone loves food and we at FLY Fitness are no exception! 

     

Food should not only taste delicious but fuel your body to run at its optimum performance.  You have countless choices when it comes to what to eat: homemade, fast food, restaurant, frozen entrees.  To take care of your body, you have to make healthy decisions every day about what to eat.  It is in your hands to do what is best for your body!

The key to taking care of your body is to eat a wide variety of foods because different foods have different nutrients that your body needs.  This includes eating fruits and vegetables as well as whole grains and lean proteins. 

One way to make food fun and healthier is by cooking yourself!  Eating fast foods and prepared foods gives you less control of what is entering your body.
